How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a 6-character code to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your dealership administrator.
Why can't I see my sales data?

Sales data is synced from your dealership's DMS system. If you don't see your data, please contact your dealership administrator to verify your account is properly linked. Data typically syncs within a few minutes of being entered in the DMS.
How do I switch between dealerships?

If you have access to multiple dealerships, you can switch between them using the dealership selector at the top of the app. If you don't see a dealership you should have access to, contact your administrator.
The app is crashing. What should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store. If problems continue, please submit a support request with details about when the crash occurs.
How do I contact my dealership administrator?
